Ciao Qiao is an Associate at Odgers Berndtson in Hong Kong. She focuses on executive searches in Industrial Manufacturing and Consumer sectors. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, she’s been working in both Hong Kong and Shanghai for six years, specialised in Consumer, Retail and Life Science sectors with contingency search firms, executed middle to senior level searches for multinational companies and global clients across Asia Pacific. Before that, she worked for a management consulting firm in Germany. Ciao holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Nanjing Audit University. She speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
