Christos has been a Partner at KPMG in Greece since 2015. He has 23 years of professional experience having been involved in a significant number of Mergers and Acquisitions projects, as well as a multitude of Tax Compliance/Support projects and the Provision of Tax Advisory Services in areas of direct and indirect taxation and in relation to domestic as well as cross-border transactions. A significant part of his experience comes from his involvement in Tax Compliance Projects, General Tax Advice as well as Tax Due Diligence Audits during the stage of Acquisitions and Reorganizations/Mergers in various market sectors such as Telecommunications, Energy, Financial Services, Travel/Leisure as well as Industry and Consumer Products.
