With more than 18 years at Heidrick & Struggles and prior experience as Country Manager Germany, she specializes in leadership recruitment across life sciences, industrial sectors, and public institutions, supporting clients in identifying and securing senior executive talent in global markets. She also serves as Partner in the Global Industrial and Life Sciences Practice and has held leadership responsibilities within the firm�s German operations. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles in 2007, she spent over a decade at Spencer Stuart as Country Manager Germany and Partner.
