Christine Rupp is a Senior Consultant for Korn Ferry, based in the firm’s Frankfurt office. Ms. Rupp supports companies in the development and implementation of remuneration systems. She focuses on finding pragmatic and result oriented solutions that meet customers’ needs and fit the company’s strategy, culture and vision. Ms. Rupp has extensive experience along the entire human resource value chain, notably in the areas of remuneration and talent management. Ms. Rupp studied business and cultural sciences in Germany and Brazil. She graduated from the University of Passau. Prior to joining Korn Ferry she worked for Continental and Siemens in different HR positions. Ms. Rupp is fluent in English and speaks very good French and Portuguese.
