About Lockmon

Christine Lockmon brings more than 30 years of experience in fundraising research, prospect development, relationship management, data strategy, and information management. Throughout her career, she has honed her ability to transform complex information into actionable intelligence, helping leaders and fundraisers better understand people, institutions, relationships, and opportunities. At Lindauer, Christine works at the intersection of research, data strategy, and emerging technologies. She develops a unique, deeply researched candidate pool for each client while continually working to strengthen Lindauer’s broader research infrastructure. The backbone of this infrastructure is Lindauer’s proprietary database of candidates. By starting with this database and layering in advanced research tools and techniques, Christine is able to surface candidates with the skills, experience, and potential to make the greatest impact for Lindauer clients. Prior to joining Lindauer, Christine’s career spanned higher education, healthcare, national nonprofit organizations, philanthropic technology, and consulting. Christine has held leadership and strategy roles with the University of Illinois Foundation, William & Mary, Best Friends Animal Society, Make-A-Wish America, Kintera P!N — Prospect Information Network — Blackbaud, and Sun Health Foundation. Across those organizations, she worked with university and organizational leadership, campaign teams, and hundreds of fundraisers to develop her broad practical fluency in major gifts, planned giving, annual giving, grateful patient fundraising, donor relations, stewardship, campaign operations, analytics, reporting, data management, prospect identification, portfolio strategy, and development operations. Christine’s consulting and technology experience with P!N, Kintera, and Blackbaud gave her a particularly wide view of the philanthropic sector. She advised diverse education, healthcare, arts, environmental, faith-based, and national nonprofit clients on wealth screening, prospect identification, relationship management, reporting, data use, and fundraising systems. That cross-sector exposure continues to shape her work today, giving her the language, context, and pattern recognition to read between the lines of a résumé, organizational chart, campaign history, or candidate profile. Christine has a Certificate in Executive Research from the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants. This designation recognizes professionals who exemplify excellence, integrity, and strategic insight in executive research.
