Christine Kim Morse is a partner in Heidrick and Struggles' San Francisco office and a member of the global Technology Practice. She helps companies build out their technology leadership teams by focusing on the recruitment of roles including vice president of engineering, chief technology officer, chief product officer, and general manager. Experience Christine works with Fortune 500 companies as well as fast growth, venture, and PE-backed companies in consumer internet and enterprise software. She has particular interest in helping executive teams recruit diverse technical talent, having recently partnered with BCG on a study examining how more technology companies can both recruit and cultivate diverse senior leadership in engineering and product management functions specifically.
