Christian has a broad knowledge of the corporate and financial restructuring, transaction and valuation services, and business transformation market segments. In addition to his experience in executive search, he possesses an in-depth understanding of business and operating models in the private equity industry. Before joining Stanton Chase, Christian worked for several boutique executive search firms. He also gained extensive experience as an HR executive at a global transportation company. Christian holds a master’s degree in business administration and a degree as an educated Systemic Coach certified by the International Coach Federation. He is fluent in English and also speaks Spanish, while German is his mother tongue. Besides his work as an Executive Search Consultant, he loves to play golf, is interested in art, and enjoys spending time with his family.
