With over 13 years at the firm, Christian has been instrumental in scaling Atreus into a global powerhouse, mastering complex management problems when clients lack the internal resources or specific experience to navigate transformation. He is a results-oriented leader who specializes in bridging leadership gaps during critical transition periods, such as corporate restructurings, refocusing initiatives, and business model reshaping. Christian’s expertise is reinforced by a diverse career in direct operational leadership and strategy. He served as the Partner and Managing Director of myHead, the Atreus group’s innovative digital platform for sourcing tech specialists and consultants. His prior experience includes high-stakes "on-the-ground" roles, such as serving as an Interim Managing Director for a Swiss shopfitting company and as General Manager for IDC International Detergent Chemicals Ltd. in Ireland. In the latter, he successfully led a complex carve-out and restructuring following a private equity acquisition. He also spent over six years as a Director at Zumtobel AG, further deepening his industrial and commercial acumen. Dr. Frank holds a PhD in Business from the University of Stuttgart and a Diplom-Kaufmann from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
