Christian joined the firm in 2014 asFinancialController. Before joining EQP, he worked asSeniorAuditor at PwC (1976 – 1980). Subsequently, he joined the financial sector, both in national and international banking, retiring from HSBC in 1988. In 1989, he led the opening of the Chilean subsidiaries Schiesser Tais International SA and Schiesser Inversiones Ltda., for the German company Schiesser AG, where he served as ManagerGeneraland Director. In 1992, he joined IBMConsultingGroup as an International Consultant for IBM in matters of Business Transformation and Reengineering. In 2000, he was appointed ManagerGeneralof the Coanil Foundation, after which he served as Executive Director of the Chilean-North American Institute of Culture. In 2006, he assumed the position of Manager of Studies and Administration at the Chilean Mining Council AG, where he remained until 2011. In addition, he has been a member of the board of directors of María Ayuda Servicios SA, ADCultura, Partners of America and the Chilean-Japanese Cultural Institute. Christian is a Commercial Engineer from the University of Chile, holds an MBA from the Sellinger School of Business (Loyola University Maryland), is a Lay Theologian from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and has a diploma in Fundraising from Purdue University.
