Christelle Kerouedan is the Director of Marketing & Communications at Coulter Partners in London, where she leads the global marketing function for the executive search and leadership development firm across the life sciences and health sectors. Simultaneously, she is a self-employed Transformational Coach and Facilitator, specializing in personal growth, resilience, and work-life integration for high-achieving professionals and neurodiverse individuals. Her extensive background includes serving as a Partner and Associate Partner at Instinctif Partners, where she supported C-level life sciences clients with corporate communications and fundraising strategies. Christelle was also the Co-Founder of CarbonHub (later Hubsphere), a venture-backed sustainability platform, where she managed marketing, operations, and finance across two countries. Earlier in her career, she founded the Maternity Wellbeing Company and held senior account management roles in life sciences PR at Northbank Communications. She began her professional journey as a Research Assistant in immunology at King’s College London. Christelle holds a PhD in Immunology from Imperial College London, an Accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching from the Animas Centre for Coaching, and multiple advanced degrees in immunology and molecular biology from French and UK institutions.
