Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Chiara was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she worked closely with global automotive companies and tier-one suppliers. Her focus was on driving digitization strategies, restructuring initiatives, and cost-optimization efforts, as well as enhancing organizational culture, and implementing new leadership frameworks.
