Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Chiara was Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer at GE Healthcare for the EMEA region. She represented GE Healthcare as their COCIR board member. During her tenure at GE, she held a variety of executive leadership roles across healthcare, renewable energy, and oil and gas.
