Chiara Berlendi is a Principal in the Consumer Markets practice at Heidrick & Struggles in New York, where she also serves as the Head of On-Demand Talent for North America. In this capacity, she partners with Fortune 1000, private equity-backed, and founder-led organizations to provide tailored human capital solutions, specifically focusing on the luxury, beauty, retail, and apparel sectors. Chiara transitioned to Heidrick & Struggles following the firm's acquisition of Business Talent Group, where she spent four and a half years rising from a Client Development Associate to Director of Consumer Markets. Her expertise lies in providing high-end independent talent for project-based and interim roles related to strategic growth, turnarounds, and organizational transformation. Earlier in her career, she gained industry experience as an Omni Buying Intern at Bloomingdale’s and served as a Digital Fashion Editor for SHEI Magazine. Chiara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
