Prior to her career in executive search, Chelsea served as a Business Consultant at WAUC, where she spearheaded management consultations involving expansion feasibility, market evaluations, and organizational restructures for clients in the biotechnology and healthcare sectors. Additionally, she worked as a Cancer Immunologist Researcher at the Telethon Kids Institute, collaborating on immunotherapy research solutions for melanoma. Chelsea holds a Master of Business Administration from Curtin University and a Bachelor of Biomedical Science with First Class Honours in Immunotherapy from The University of Western Australia.
