Charlotte advises French and international corporate groups and investment funds on their domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate reorganizations and general corporate law matters, across a variety of sectors. She holds a Master's degree in Business Law and a Master's degree in Advanced Private Law from the University of Picardie Jules Verne (UPJV). She was admitted to the Paris Bar in January 2022. Prior to joining Fieldfisher, Charlotte was an associate at Winston & Strawn, where she advised listed and private companies on a broad range of corporate and M&A matters. She speaks both French and English.
