She has expertise in CEO and board private-equity readiness and succession, pre-deal talent advisory work and people-related due diligence support. As a consultant in the Private Equity Practice, Charlotte holds a deep understanding of the whole investment life cycle, and focuses on the impact of talent and leadership on accelerating performance and value creation, both pre- and post-deal. Experienced private equity advisor with healthcare and consumer expertise As a partner and EMEA lead for the private equity practice at a boutique executive search firm based in New York, she partnered with renowned private equity investors and their portfolio companies across North America and Europe. She has led CEO, CFO and board searches for blue-chip private equity investors and their portfolio companies, across some of the largest and most complex assets in the sector, including whole team builds in the event of a carve-out. Charlotte previously spent over eight years at a London-based leading global executive search and advisory firm dedicated to the private equity industry, where she was a partner leading the consumer practice and co-leading that firm’s training programs.
