Her extensive leadership history includes serving as the Director of Executive Search at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where she oversaw worldwide recruitment for director-level roles and above, and as the Director of Recruitment for Disney ABC Television Group. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership positions at Blue Shield of California and Capgemini Consulting, and spent five years as a Senior Consultant at Witt, Kieffer. Charlotte began her career at the Michigan Hospital and Healthcare Association. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Psychology from Eastern Michigan University
