Charles Anderson is a Partner at Heidrick & Struggles in New York, where he serves as the Head of the Investment Banking Practice for the Americas. Since joining the firm in 2013, he has led senior-level executive search and leadership advisory assignments within the financial services sector. Prior to his career in executive search, Charles spent over three years at Bloomberg, where he served as an Account Manager for Northeast US Coverage and as an Analytics Equity Specialist. In his role as an Equity Analyst, he specialized in portfolio and risk management, industry analysis, derivatives, and both technical and fundamental analysis. He began his professional career building technical expertise in market analytics and financial data. Charles holds a BS in Business and Managerial Economics from the Lehigh University College of Business and is a graduate of the Groton School in Massachusetts
