Cecilia Besa Montes is the Managing Partner of TestaNova, the Chilean member firm of EMA Partners International, one of the world’s largest executive search organizations. Since founding TestaNova in 2009, Cecilia has specialized in connecting multinational and mid-sized organizations with high-impact C-suite leadership. Her approach is defined by an "integral service" model that aligns human capital strategy with a shared business vision, leveraging her extensive background in compensation studies and labor market research to provide data-driven insights to her clients. Cecilia’s career began in the commercial and marketing sectors within the financial and industrial industries in both Chile and Brazil, providing her with a broad South American market perspective. She later transitioned into HR consulting in 1999, eventually focusing on executive search and selection in 2005. Her expertise is further bolstered by her experience as a Partner at FranklinCovey Chile, where she advised Fortune 500 companies on strategic execution and leadership. Cecilia is a double-certified professional from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Systematic Executive Coaching and Leadership, and she holds an Ingeniero Comercial degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where she also served as Vice President of the Student Union.
