With her extensive experience in the banking sector, Cecile is focusing on the Financial Services sector and also supporting our TMT practice. She gained an extensive 30 years professional career within private banking and wealth management always in commercial roles and with a focus on attracting and managing teams. Among the others, she set up Private Banking for ING in Romania as an expat. Her corporate life passed over brands like BNP Paribas Fortis, Societé Générale Private Banking, and Puilaetco Dewaay Private Bankers. She brings a professional network in Belgium, Luxembourg and France. She moved into recruitment and executive search in 2019, when she joined a recruitment firm specializing in Wealth Management. Cécile focused on the Belgian and Luxembourg market, with clients and candidates located either in Belgium or abroad (“Belgian desks”). Cecile is French from origin. She is married to a Belgian and obtained her Master Degree in Business at Solvay Business School, Brussels. Cecile has a passion for social life and is very active in networking. She loves classical music, enjoys city trips and literature.
