Catarina Rodrigues is a Consultant at Odgers Berndtson Portugal, having participated in the execution of projects from the different service lines of the organization. Participates in the execution of Executive Search projects, Assessment Centres aimed at the identification and development of talent, and Strategic Human Capital Consulting projects. Catarina holds a Degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Human Resources, Work, and Organizational Psychology from the University of Lisbon.
