She also worked as a Researcher and Consultant at Mentis Group, focusing on assessment and talent development, and earlier held roles in occupational psychology consulting and support management. Cassandra holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Bath.
