Caroline de Strycker is an experienced search professional with 4 years' executive search experience. She has a strong focus on the FMCG, Pharma and Publishing sector and finds senior level talent for a wide variety of multi-national and fast growth clients. Caroline embarked on her executive search career in 2016, when she joined a search boutique in Brussels. She joined the Brussels Office of TRANSEARCH as a Partner in 2020. She started her career with major players in the advertising market, before gaining 15 years of experience within multinational companies active in FMCG, healthcare, retail and luxury industries such as Estée Lauder, Beiersdorf and Pernod Ricard. Within these companies, Caroline held different executive roles in marketing and business development and led several strategic projects. Caroline has a Master's in Business Management from ICHEC Brussels Management School and holds a MBA in Luxury Management and Marketing from ESG Paris. She is also a Certified Insights Practitioner. She is fluent in French, English and Dutch.
