She has also worked for various types of organisations such as the public sector, local SMEs and large MNCs. She counts her 6+ years in Vietnam as the HR Director of Holcim Vietnam as life changing. Carol graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management and a Master in HR Development. She speaks fluent English and Malay Language.
