Prior to joining Johnson Partners, Carmelina supported the CEO and Executive Chairman in a private equity firm specialising in the IT and Media sectors. Carmelina commenced her time in executive search in 2013, joining global firm Egon Zehnder before taking on a similar role in a boutique Australian firm Maritana Partners. Carmelina’s early career was spent in support roles in a variety of industries including with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, John Holland, Hastie Group and Babcock & Brown. Carmelina holds a Bachelor of Arts from Macquarie University and also a Diploma in HR Management.
