Carmel Batticciotto is a Partner and the Head of Assessment, Leadership & Career Management at SHK Asia Pacific. As a registered Psychologist, Carmel is dedicated to the "human side" of organizational performance, focusing on how evidence-based psychological insights can help individuals and teams thrive. She brings a unique blend of clinical understanding and commercial acumen to her work, acting as a strategic advisor to leadership teams across the Asia Pacific region. Before joining SHK in early 2026, Carmel spent over nine years at Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH), where she rose to become the Head of Solutions for APAC. During her tenure at LHH, she led talent development initiatives across Australia and New Zealand, specializing in senior client partnerships and large-scale leadership solutions. Carmel also operates Luminance Psychology, reflecting her ongoing commitment to individual mental health and career thriving. She holds a Master of Psychology (Organisational) from Deakin University and has a strong background in sales leadership from her time with Profiles International Australia.
