Following an initial training, she pursued her studies at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich, where she obtained a Master's degree. Carin Pawlak subsequently assumed senior management roles in the media industry. At the news magazine FOCUS, she served as deputy editor-in-chief and was the first woman in Germany to hold such a position in the industry. As an executive search consultant, Carin Pawlak assists medium-sized companies and corporations in filling key positions in all sectors of industry and the public sector. With extensive expertise in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, production, logistics, construction, media, and publishing, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.
