Candy brings 13 years experience of executive search across practices and regions. She is currently leading consumer practice at MPS China. Candy has completed extensive top level/leadership search assignments for industry leading MNCs including Starbucks, adidas, VF, etc . She has developed extensive network in Greater China market place, as well extended her search to global talent market. Prior to MPS, Candy had summer internship at Roland Berger Management Consultant follow by Master’s study in the UK where she obtained degree of Business Psychology.
