Caitlin MacNamara is a Managing Director and Partner in the Consumer Sector and Omnichannel Retail Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates, based in Toronto and New York, where she leads executive search, leadership assessment, and succession planning assignments for clients across the retail and consumer industries. She has extensive experience advising senior executives in North America and building advisory relationships that support leadership and organizational outcomes. Within Russell Reynolds Associates, she has also led the Americas Omnichannel Retail Practice and works closely with both public and private organizations to build executive teams and boards capable of navigating digital, economic, and industry transformation. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 2014, Caitlin spent a decade at A. T. Kearney as a Principal in the Consumer Industries and Retail Practice, where she led large-scale consulting engagements focused on organizational transformation, business development, and client relationship management. Earlier in her career, she worked at CGI as Director of Business Development supporting IT services initiatives, and at BMO Nesbitt Burns as Senior Manager of Economic Research, where she managed research operations and strategic initiatives. She holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Toronto.
