Lindauer was thrilled to welcome Caitlin Graham and the rest of the Pearl Street team to the Lindauer family in 2025. Caitlin brings high levels of creativity and empathy—honed over decades of experience as a professional actor and writer—to provide search and research services that are both efficient and thoughtful. As a Search Consultant with Pearl Street, Caitlin conducts prospect identification and builds diverse candidate pools for a range of development searches on behalf of Pearl Street clients and is known for building longstanding relationships with rising talent. Now as a Search Consultant for Lindauer, she ensures clients benefit from the combined research capabilities, talent networks, and executive search services that Lindauer and Pearl Street bring to the nonprofit sector. Prior to joining Lindauer and Pearl Street, Caitlin held administrative roles for recruiting and consulting firms and was a development assistant at Harvard Business School. Caitlin also founded and successfully leads a consulting practice that includes fractional Chief of Staff services where she provides support through a coaching lens. She has been an actor for 15+ years, building a prolific career in theatre and indie film communities in New York City and Boston. She graduated from Wellesley College with a double major in Cinema and Media Studies and Spanish and holds an M.F.A. in Film Studies from Boston University. Caitlin studied acting with The Barrow Group in New York City and has written and directed her own work in theatre and film.
