Caitlin FitzGerald is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles' New York office and a member of the Media & Consumer Tech sector. She is also a member of the CEO & Board of Directors Practice. Caitlin has experience in consumer tech, e-commerce, media, entertainment, and software. She works with organizations from startups to Fortune 500 companies, to recruit executive and non-executive teams. As these sectors continue to evolve rapidly, she works closely with her clients to assess their future needs and identify emerging talent. Caitlin has successfully recruited chief executive officers, presidents, chief operating officers, general managers, and other senior executives. Her focus is on technology leadership, including chief product officers, chief technology officers, and vice presidents of product and engineering. Caitlin also has experience placing senior executives on the boards of publicly traded and pre-IPO companies. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Caitlin worked for an international law firm in New York and a technology startup in Silicon Valley.
