Bruce MacLane, Jr. is a Partner at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Industrial Technology Practice were he co-leads the Aviation, Aerospace, and Defense team. He brings over 20 years’ experience in executive recruitment as both the client and search consultant. Bruce has worked across multiple industries and has deep expertise in heavy industrial and aerospace & defense. Bruce’s passion is to support organizations in identifying and retaining top talent that drives organizational performance. Prior to JM Search, Bruce led Global Talent Acquisition for multiple large companies, including GE Aerospace, Newell Brands, and Novelis. Bruce also built and ran the executive recruiting function at The Home Depot. In addition to his client-side experience, Bruce spent 10 years in the executive search industry, most notably with global search firms: Korn/Ferry International and Heidrick & Struggles. Bruce received his B.A. from the University of Georgia. Bruce is a Certified Hogan Assessment Coach and 360 Degree Facilitated Feedback Coach. Outside the office, Bruce enjoys playing guitar, rooting for his beloved Bulldogs, attending music festivals with his twin sons, and playing golf.
