Brigitta Berger, based in Vienna, is a member of the Mercuri Urval Industry practice (special focus on Retail, Consumer, Paper and Chemistry). In addition, she contributes with her expertise to several clients in the public sector. She is taking care of local and international companies of all sizes. Brigitta focuses on Executive Search, Talent Management/Advisory (e.g. conceptional design and implementation of assessment and development centres as well as leadership development programmes) and serves as one of Mercuri Urval internationally certified Coaching experts supporting leaders and managers in various forms of personal progress and transitions. ​Brigitta works since 2008 in the field of Human Resource Management and joined Mercuri Urval in 2011. She started her career as a sales and brand manager with Coca-Cola HBC and worked her way up as Sales Manager and Country Manager for national and international companies. Brigitta is a certified coach according to the International Coach Federation and an active member of the local ICF chapter in Austria. In addition, she holds a certificate in mediation. Brigitta graduated in Economics and Business Administration and earned a post-graduate MSc in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development. She is fluent in German and English.
