Professional background I specialise in corporate law. I assist companies in different aspects including corporate governance, transactions and restructurings. I hold a master's degree in business law form the University of Liège (2019) and a master's degree in economics and management from HEC Liège (2018). I also studied at the University of Ghent and at Hanyang University (Seoul). I was admitted to the Brussels bar in 2020. I work in English and French and I have a good knowledge of Dutch and Spanish.
