BACKGROUND Brian joined Herbert Mines Associates in 1995 and has over thirty years of dedicated executive search experience, including ten years with global executive search firms Korn Ferry, where he was part of their human resources practice and Norman Broadbent, where he was a leader in their global consumer product and retail practices. ‍ A native of Connecticut, Brian received his B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He lives in Wilton, Connecticut with his wife and three children. PRACTICE Brian’s practice focuses on retained search engagements for Board, CEO and c-suite functional leaders for clients in retail, consumer products, foodservice, and hospitality. Brian is also actively involved with the private equity community and regularly conducts executive searches for their portfolio companies. He also advises his clients on complex equity and compensation issues, allowing them to attract and retain top industry talent. Brian is Herbert Mines Associates’ relationship manager for our strategic partnership with Heads!, a European, multi-office search firm.
