Brent Laffere is a member of the firm's Consumer Sector, based in Dallas. He has corporate and consulting experience advising private equity and publicly traded clients across retail, consumer, healthcare and aerospace industries. He is an expert in leading large-scale transformations and performance improvement in digital, finance, operations and supply chain management. He partners with clients to recruit, develop and assess senior officers. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE Brent joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Neiman Marcus, where he was a senior vice president on the operational leadership team. Previously, he was a management consultant with Kearney in the firm's transformation and consumer practices. EDUCATION & AFFILIATIONS Brent has a BS in industrial distribution from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon's Tepper School of Business. He serves on the board of directors of the Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center in Dallas.
