At Focus Search & Highspring, which acquired the Southerland Group in 2021, Brayden managed many C-suite and executive searches for PE-backed healthcare services and not-for-profit hospital clients. He developed deep functional search expertise in operations, finance, HR, sales, revenue cycle, IT, supply chain, procurement and payors. Brayden also conducted clinical search work for executive medical and nursing officers. Brayden spent his early career in supply chain, procurement, and managed care finance in large healthcare organizations across the US. He resides in Dallas with his wife, son and two dogs.
