Braddy Penniman is a Consultant at Spencer Stuart and a senior member of the Global Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Practice. Since joining the firm in 2016, she has focused on high-level executive searches for consumer technology and media organizations, with specialized expertise in marketing, product, and corporate development functions. Braddy brings a rigorous financial background to her search work, having previously served in Investor Relations at Akamai Technologies and in Financial Reporting and Budgeting at Signator Investors (John Hancock Financial Network). Her experience includes translating complex financial data for senior management and driving multi-million dollar budgetary processes. Braddy holds an MBA from Boston College and a B. A. in Communication and Advertising from the University of Southern California, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Outside of her professional consulting career, she represented the Boston Celtics as a member of their dance team for three seasons.
