He has more than 15 years of experience in organization-wide culture shaping, leadership development, and personal transformation. Experience As a consultant, facilitator, and executive coach, Boris supports senior leaders to nurture more thriving teams and cultures at and from the top. Boris is an accredited coach. Previously, Boris was a vice president with Senn Delaney, a culture shaping pioneer acquired by Heidrick & Struggles. From this position, he transitioned to a client for 2 years—Majid Al Futtaim, a leading provider of real estate, retail, and leisure brands in Dubai, the Middle East, and North Africa, where he was head of culture. Prior to his consulting work, Boris was responsible for the leadership development activities at a global Siemens division.
