As the year comes to an end and a new one begins so many executives reflect on what they did or did not achieve, how satisfied they are with their job and what the prospects are for them in the coming year.  It’s a natural process which often embraces New Year’s resolutions and plans to make a change.  It explains why the early months of the year are particularly strong for new memberships to BlueSteps.
