BlueSteps members, Natalie Lewes (MA IB, DipRP REC, UK), Project Director at Bait Zakher General Contracting Establishment (Al Ain/Abu Dhabi, UAE), and Fouzia Boutbza, Middle East Business Development VP for Verdande Technology, have both been awarded the 2013 scholarship to study in IE’s Executive Master in Positive Leadership and Strategy program in Madrid, Spain. 
 
Valued at €22,500/$30,000USD, the prestigious award is sponsored by IE and BlueSteps.com. IE prepares executives from all over the world for new levels of leadership in their careers and within their organizations.
 
The Master program begins in April 2013, and through the IE Scholarship, Lewes and Boutbza will experience heightened levels of professional transformation via five intense, one-week training modules which take place on the Madrid IE campus throughout 2013 and 2014. “BlueSteps extends our warmest congratulations to our two scholarship recipients” commented Glenda K.
