She brings over 20 years of experience in identifying, assessing, and developing talent equity for top-tier organizations. Her work focuses on helping clients enhance the effectiveness of their senior leaders and management teams through rigorous assessment and tailored coaching. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart in 2019, Birgitta founded Munich Talent Partners, a firm dedicated to executive coaching and management audits. She also served as a Partner at Inner Circle Consultants and spent nearly two decades at McKinsey & Company as a Professional Development Manager across their D�sseldorf, Cologne, and Munich offices. Birgitta holds a degree in translation studies from the Dolmetscher Institut D�sseldorf.
