Bill has enjoyed a decorated career in executive search and advisory services in the healthcare sector, with over two decades of experience. As a core member of Russell Reynolds Associates' Private Equity, Venture, and CEO and Advisory Partners practices, Bill focuses on C-suite and board searches, succession planning, board refreshment, and leadership services for leading global and emerging companies in the life sciences industry, with an emphasis on bio-pharma and pharma services. He is based in Miami and Boston. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Bill was a partner at two major search firms where he led their global bio-pharma practices. Bill spent the early part of his career in pharmaceutical sales and marketing at Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) and Forest Laboratories (now Allergen/AbbVie). He also founded a medical education and communications firm before entering executive search. Bill holds an MBA in marketing, as well as a bachelor's degree in management and psychology from the University of Connecticut. He is a board member emeritus of the University of Connecticut.
