Before joining Spencer Stuart in 2020, she spent over nine years at Vesting Finance as an Executive Assistant, where she managed complex agendas for the CEO, CFRO, and CCO, and served as a secretary for the Works Council (OR). Her career also includes a decade-long tenure at Graydon in various roles, including Project Manager and Event Manager, where she spearheaded major corporate events and marketing initiatives. Bianca began her career in client-facing roles as a Consultant for Randstad and a Flight Attendant for KLM. She holds a Bachelor�s degree from the Hotel Management School Maastricht and completed her VWO at RSG de Springborn.
