Ben Shrewsbury is a Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates in Dallas, where he leverages over a decade of expertise in leadership advisory and executive search. He partners with public, private, and nonprofit organizations to build transformational leadership teams and advise boards on culture and effectiveness. Prior to his career in executive search, Ben was a Manager and Associate at Kearney, where he led strategic projects for Fortune Global 500 companies and government agencies, including operational turnarounds for major airlines and due diligence for multi-billion-dollar infrastructure assets. He also served as a volunteer staff member for the Texas Veterans Commission. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Ben spent seven years as an officer in various global theaters, including Iraq and Afghanistan, serving as a Military Transition Team Advisor and an Aerial Refueling Mission Planner. He holds an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business, a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a BS in Management from the United States Air Force Academy.
