Ben Leary, based in London, works across Financial & Professional Services, Technology & Communication and the Consumer markets where he focuses on supporting the executive committee and senior leadership of large multinational companies. Ben works internationally delivering executive search campaigns and leadership advisory programs across EMEA and APAC. Before joining Mercuri Urval, Ben spent 11 years working in Beijing, Hong Kong and Singapore and held various leadership positions working as the Director of Talent Management for one of the worlds leading Media companies as well as establishing and building his own executive search practice across Asia. With over 20 years of experience in Executive Search and Talent Advisory Ben has supported some of the worlds most recognised brands in finding and selecting the right leadership for large digital and cost transformation programs.
