Barnaby Noble is a Managing Director and Partner at Russell Reynolds Associates in Paris, where he leads assessment, recruitment, and leadership consulting engagements globally. As a member of the Industrial Practice, he leads the Global Automotive OEM Specialty Practice, serves as a Senior Advisor to the Energy Transition initiative, and heads both the France Industry Sector team and the France Human Resources functional specialty. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds in 2017, he spent over three years as a Consultant at Spencer Stuart. Before transitioning into leadership consulting, Barnaby accumulated over 25 years of experience in strategy, finance, and M&A within blue-chip companies and professional services firms. His extensive corporate background includes leadership roles at PSA Peugeot Citro�n, where he served as VP of Strategy and Business Development and VP for the Global PSA-GM Alliance. Previously, he was the Global Head of M&A (VP M&A) for Alstom. His early career featured tenures as a Principal at the private equity firm Permira, Vice President at Credit Suisse First Boston, Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co., and Financial Analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston in New York. Barnaby holds an MBA in International Finance from Harvard Business School and a B. A. in Art History (Magna Cum Laude) from Brown University.
