Asma joined Amrop in 2017 as a Junior Researcher after successfully completing a Business Psychology Masters Program. She is at the beginning of her career and is ready to learn, develop and take on new challenges.Prior to Amrop, Asma was a Co-founder and a Social Media and Innovation Director in Nujeed, a local Saudi HR services company. She successfully completed basic consultancy projects, experienced a range of business functions and was drawn to understanding organizations and helping them grow and develop effectively.
