Anya Maksymenko is Partner, On-Demand Talent � Life Sciences at Heidrick & Struggles in the London Area, United Kingdom, where she has been working since January 2026, following her role as Senior Director, On Demand Talent � Life Sciences Practice from January 2024 to January 2026, supporting clients through Business Talent Group (BTG), a Heidrick & Struggles company, by delivering on-demand business talent for project-based work and interim leadership roles across R&D, supply chain, operations, market access, and commercialization.
