Anusha has been a longstanding member of the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance practice at EMA Partners International and currently serves as a Principal based in Mumbai. Her association with EMA Partners began in 2012. Over the last eight years, she has successfully led and managed the execution of search assignments across Indian and Multinational Private Sector Banks, Global Investment Banks and their Off Shoring operations, NBFCs, Housing Finance, Financial Services Conglomerates, Fintech, InsurTech and Insurance. She is well versed with CXO level hiring especially across the Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Finance, Treasury, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Compliance, Secretarial and Legal functions. Core skills include client and candidate engagement, successful delivery by advising clients on search strategy and providing market intelligence (competitor benchmarking, talent mapping, organization structures, leadership movements, market trends etc.). She has also worked on several Diversity focused projects. Anusha is a graduate in Biotechnology from Dr. D.Y Patil College of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics (’10). In addition, she also holds a management degree in human resources from ITM Business School (’12). She is certified in Competency Based Interviewing from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
